I purchased my Goldendoodle Puppy in June to be my Service Dog and received her in July. I was thinking of getting another puppy to keep her company because she has just too much energy for me and I'm a Disabled Vet and I just can't keep up with her. I came across these complaints and quite honestly, I was shocked. The experience I have had to date with PureBredBreeders.com was great. I was very apprehensive about buying a puppy for thousands of dollars and not getting her for weeks and then having to have her shipped to me. I actually googled complaints against them, but I didn't get any results which has me scratching my head wondering why when I am seeing quite a few complaints now.

I can honestly say that the level of cooperation, the caring and concern that the staff showed me in dealing with my endless questions and concerns, the communication throughout the process, the follow-up phone calls to make sure I was satisfied, the sincere thank you for my Military Service (and of course the Military Discount), was all top notch and most greatly appreciated by me. I have a great puppy that was exactly as shown and promised to be. I do not think that it is ever the intention of PureBred Breeders to defraud anybody. I'm not sure what there vetting processes are for breeders, but there are good and bad people among us and unfortunately we have to deal with them, just as PureBred Breeders does. Doesn't make sense for a company that does its business through the internet to knowingly defraud customers and risk their name and reputation. You don't stay in business for years and years doing that. I'm sure PureBred Breeders was lied to about the true make up and liniage of some of the puppies. I have a friend in my Service Dog class that bought is Goldendoodle online through another site and paid for a full size standard Goldendoodle and it turned out to be a minature Goldendoodle, so I know it happens and is a real concern to some buyers.

I wrote this review because I was in Customer Service in my civilian employment. I know that you very rarely or never hear from the happy and satisfied customer. You just hear from the unsatisfied customer. I wanted to just let you folks know that there are happy, satisfied and content PureBred Breeders customers out here and we have positive views and feelings about PureBredBreeders.com and our experiences with them. I'd also like to add that I intended on giving the highest level of rating (Green Smiley Face), but it would not allow me to do so, so I had to select the second highest rating level.
