From happy to worried to thrilled!
Maybe enough people who have good experiences just don't post because well, they got what they paid for like they should have. People who are unhappy seem to always speak up. We just got our puppy four days ago, but so far so good. I read all the bad reviews too and was skeptical and worried. I even took my puppy straight from the airport directly to the Veterinary Center! She got a perfectly wonderfully clean bill of health from the Vet! Full head to tail and fecal sample completed and passed with flying colors! I have to say that PBB was great for us. They were very kind and kept great in communication with us from the moment we picked out our puppy and even through to the day AFTER we brought our puppy home. I was able to be in contact with the breeder even before I had made any type of commitment to buy! I was able to be in contact with the breeder throughout the wait for puppy to come home and have been since she came home too! I know it seems like it would be easy for them to just tell you that you were talking to the breeder and just have some random on the phone, however they tell you your breeders name and where they are so just look them up yourself, I did! I didn't feel like PBB was trying to pull a fast one but all the bad reviews put doubt in my mind and took some of the fun out of waiting for our puppy! I wanted to post so that others don't have to worry as much as I did. All has worked out well so far. Our little girl is healthy, happy, smart, well socialized, and has clearly been well loved. We will continue to love her and care for her just as well! Good luck to all on getting your new puppy!
